VOLUNTEERING ACTIVITIES

Join us for a meaningful day at The Food Bank to participate in inventory taking, sorting and packing food donations! RSVP Singapore is looking for 20 senior volunteers who are physically fit to do food packing.

Time: 2.00pm – 5.00pm

** Transport will be provided from Bishan MRT Exit D (Inside Bishan Bus Interchange) for volunteers.

Kindly dress comfortably and wear covered shoes. Do remember to bring along a water bottle as bottled water will not be provided.

We are looking for 10 volunteers to help out at Willing hearts. Be a part of the volunteer group to prepare, cook and distribute about 5,000 daily meals to over 40 locations island wide, 365 days a year at the Willing Hearts. Beneficiaries include the elderly, the disabled, low-income families, children from single-parent families or otherwise poverty-stricken families, and migrant workers in Singapore. Volunteers will help to prepare the ingredients needed - to chop vegetables, handling poultry and any other ad-hoc tasks so the meals can be cooked and delivered on time.

Time:   12 Noon – 3.30pm (Gathering place is Eunos MRT Station at 11.30am)

Venue: Kembangan - Chai Chee Community Hub

Dress Code

Please wear closed-toe shoes (i.e. sneakers, tennis shoes, etc.). No slippers, flip flops and sandals.

T-shirts must have sleeves and one that you would not mind getting stains on it. No tank tops.

Bermudas, culottes, tights, etc, allowed as long as they are at or below the knee. No short shorts.
