RSVP Singapore The Organisation of Senior Volunteers is an Institution of Public Character and the National Centre of Excellence for Senior Volunteerism under the patronage of President Tharman Shanmugaratnam. Since 1998, RSVP Singapore has empowered seniors through lifelong learning, social connectedness, and community service. We advocate active ageing to build a resilient, inclusive society and serve as a trusted voice for volunteerism.
