Retire With A Purpose

Retire With A Purpose

Retire With A Purpose (RWAP) was launched in September 2017 as Singapore’s first pre-retirement initiative to engage organisations to cultivate a culture of sharing through volunteerism at work.

The aim is to encourage employees aged 40 and above to be a volunteer. The programme is suitable for those who are interested in retirement planning or are already supporting community causes.

Employees will be introduced to a structured volunteering journey based on their interests, time commitment and goals over a five-month period.

Over 20 forward-thinking corporates are on board the RWAP initiative since its launch. We have reached out to 1,400 employees out of which 900 have been deployed as volunteers for our CSR activities.

Corporate Partnership

RSVP Singapore plans and provides a range of community service activities for corporates to participate and fulfill CSR objectives. Our CSR events are thematically categorised by Learning Journeys, Befriending, Thematic and Nature, to allow corporates variety in executing meaningful CSR projects for beneficiaries and to inspire employees to serve the needs of the community. RSVP also runs several community service programmes that corporates can sponsor in support of the respective programmes.  All donations are 2.5 times tax deductible.

CSR Menu of Activities:

Our menu of activities have been curated to cater for corporates with different needs. We have great collaborations with many VWOs and social organisations serving meaningful causes and underprivileged communities. To download our CSR Menu, click here.

Past CSR events:

Every year, we organise over 20 events with 400 corporate volunteers and reach out to over 1,000 beneficiaries. This programme allows us to provide a platform where employees can create purposeful volunteering journeys and connect with causes which resonate with them. All events are led by our trained volunteers. For more information on our past events, click here.
