I would like to applaud and recognise your efforts in the XERO migration project!
It has not been a smooth transition to date but you have demonstrated professionalism and team work in working through the issues and coming up with alternatives.
Its so awesome to go through the XERO dashboards and P&L all online!
I also really like how the team came together on the invoice process that is the first of many improvements where we identify what can be delegated outside of finance role but not losing control.
It’s a significant milestone in the digital transformation of RSVP and you should really proud of what you have collectively achieved!

Your commitment & diligence in the past few months where you stepped out of your comfort zone to learn a new system, understand and coming up with new work flow for the new system while managing the year end book close and audit, month-end processing truly is the backbone of RSVP operations!!!
